R4R National Affiliate Training

Ritual4Return Affiliate Training 2025-2027

Application Deadline: April 1, 2025

In July 2025, Ritual4Return Inc is launching its first national training program for teams wishing to introduce the R4R homecoming and healing model to their communities. The program consists of monthly virtual training sessions punctuated by three in-person training weekends: July 10-13, 2025, January 2026, and July 2026.  All in-person trainings will take place at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey.  

The second year of training will consist of regular consultations as teams work to bring R4R to life in their own communities.

Why does a rite of passage/homecoming model appeal to your team and why/how do you think it could support returning citizens (families, community members) where you live?
